Cancellation Policy

  1. All cancellation requests must come by email to mail@gbartcentre.com
  2. The full amount of registration will be refunded if a cancellation request is received by email to: mail@gbartcentre.com at least one week prior to the class start date.
  3. If cancellation is received to mail@gbartcentre.com the week before the start date, 50% of the registration paid will be refunded.
  4. Cancellation of a workshop may result in a credit.
  5. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation is ON or AFTER the start date of the class.
  6. Your seat is not held after the week before class start if payment has not been received.
  7. The Grand Bend Art Centre retains the right to cancel classes up to the start date for the class. This is usually due to not filling the seats for the class or last minute cancellations. Class will be cancelled if a minimum of 5 of 6 seats are not filled.
  8. We appreciate notification if you have registered for a class but decide you are not going to take it.

Why GBAC?

The Grand Bend Arts Centre is a non-profit organization run by a small board of directors focused on “inspiring creativity in the community”.

 

We look to be catalysts to bring classes and programs to the community as well as become involved in events aimed at youth and adults alike.

 

We are always looking for more volunteers and sponsorship to help us to continue to invest and grow our offerings.
