Art Centre Class Registration

You will immediately receive an email confirming we have received your request. If there is a seat available in the class, you will receive a confirmation email(allow one day) and instructions to make your payment by e-Transfer. Watch your junk mail folder during this time!

Please do NOT send your e-Transfer until you receive this email.

e-Transfer Process

In the e-Transfer comment area – Please include your registration number from your confirmation email, the name of the person taking the class and which session you registered for (level, date and morning, aft or evening). Funds will auto-deposit so NO PASSWORD is required.

Your registration is complete when we have associated your payment with the online registration information you submitted. (Allow 1 day) You will receive a payment confirmation email. Your seat is now held. Please contact register@gbartcentre.com if you have any questions.

Please keep a copy of your confirmation either in print or digitally.

PayPal provides payment gateway services to the Grand Bend Art Centre. Payment is accepted from your PayPal account if you have one or using a debit or credit card. Choose Pay as Guest to use the credit/debit card option.
When the Submit button, below, is clicked after a few seconds the payment form of PayPal will open. We only pass to PayPal your first name and amount of the transaction – nothing else. When the payment transaction is complete you are redirected to a page listing the entry. This is a standard online payment form – the name and addresses entered for PayPal can be different than on our form. When the payment has been processed PayPal will send an email receipt to the address used in the payment

You will also receive an email from the Grand Bend Art Centre which contains your registration. The email is to be printed and brought to the first class. If you can’t print the form let us know and we can print it for you.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: All cancellation requests must come by email to mail@gbartcentre.com
• We will refund the full amount of registration if a cancellation request is received by email to: mail@gbartcentre.com at least one week prior to the class start date.
• If cancellation is received to mail@gbartcentre.com the week before the start date (but not on the start date), we will refund 50% of the payment received.
• If cancellation is ON or AFTER the start date of the class, we will NOT refund any amount.
• Your seat is not held after the week before class start if payment has not been received.
The Grand Bend Art Centre retains the right to cancel classes up to the start date for the class. This is usually due to not filling the seats for the class or last minute cancellations. Class will be cancelled if we cannot fill a minimum of 5 of 6 seats. We appreciate notification if you have registered for a class but decide you are not going to take it. Thank you for your understanding.
