Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be made at least one week prior to the start of the selected program session and are subject to a $25 administration charge. A refund cheque will be mailed within 14 days. A doctor’s note is required for all cancellations due to medical reasons. Refunds will not be issued if a participant is sent home for misconduct.

NSF Payment/Stop Payment/Closed Account

A $25.00 charge will be applied to all NSF’s.

Code of Conduct

It is our goal to provide a healthy, safe and secure environment for all participants. The instructors use a positive, values based approach to guide appropriate behaviors and seek to reward and reinforce positive behavior. Students are expected to interact appropriately with their fellow students.
The safety of each individual is of the utmost importance to the Grand Bend Youth, Art and Community Centre.
Parent/guardian(s) and students must recognize a personal responsibility to learn and follow safety and other rules established by the Grand Bend Youth, Art and Community Centre. Behavior that impacts other students physically or emotionally (including harassment and/or bullying) may result in dismissal or removal from the program. Children will be dismissed from the program due to intentional behavior that places them or others at risk.
Refunds will not be granted for dismissal before the end of the program session/week.

Consent

1. Field trips (if applicable) are an extension of programs that enhance and broaden a child’s perspective. Your child will leave the premises under supervision for community field trips and you will be notified of field trips in advance.
2. It is understood that adequate supervision will be provided by the Grand Bend Youth, Art and Community Centre staff, and while every care will be taken, the Grand Bend Youth, Art and Community Centre Day Camp will not be held liable for any accident or injury that may occur.
3. Every attempt to contact the parents/guardians or the emergency contact will be made in the event my child requires emergency medical treatment.
4. I will be responsible for any costs incurred due to ambulance or medical fees.
5. Unacceptable behaviours such as harassment, bullying, or non-compliance, maybe dismissed from the program. Actions which place themselves or others at risk will result in dismissal. Refunds will not be granted for dismissal before the end of the program/week.
6. The Grand Bend Art Centre, the servants, and agents of the same are not held responsible for any legal liability for losses, damages, claims ,injuries, demands, suits, costs which may arise.

Payment

Payment *
PayPal provides payment gateway services to the Grand Bend Art Centre. Payment is accepted from your PayPal account if you have one or using a debit or credit card. Scroll down to find this option.
When the Submit button below is clicked after a few seconds the payment form of PayPal will open. We have passed the service and amount of the transaction to PayPal - nothing else. When the payment transaction is complete you are redirected to a page listing the entry. This is a standard online payment form - the name and address can be different than on our form.
You will receive an email which contains your registration. The email is to be printed. Signed and dated by the parent or guardian and delivered to the Grand Bend Art Centre by the start of the first session. If you can't print the form let us know and we can print it for you.

The Grand Bend Art Centre takes e-transfers from your bank account. Send the payment to GBACetransfer@gmail.com.

Please include the registration number from your confirmation email, the name of the person taking the session and which session in the message section of the e-transfer. GBACetransfer@gmail.com will auto deposit so no password is required. Your registration is not complete until we can associate your payment with the online registration.
